It will help you relieve from stress and pain and gives you full charge of energy that you want to have in order to sustain throughout the tiring day. You might be thinking on how to massage your shoulder and neck properly without causing further pain. Below are the ways on how will you do the massage for your neck and shoulder in order to relieve you from tension and stress:
- When you massage your partner’s shoulder and neck, they must be lying on their backs. You may take out the cover of the chest part by folding downwards the blanket or towel.
- You can now put on oil into the shoulders, neck and chest.
- You may now begin the effleurage method by putting your two hands into the upper part of the chest, with the fingers facing each other. Then, you may now pull slowly your hands around the shoulders as well as under them, then make sure to bring on your hands to be able to meet on the skull’s back. You may repeat this of about four to five times.
- You may not knuckle gently the shoulders and chest. Make sure to make your hands turned into fists that are on a relaxed mode, move that knuckles into a circular motion.

- Stretch out the neck part, make sure that when your partner is relaxed, you can take all the head’s weight but if they are tense, you can do it more slowly and easily as it will cause harm if you will have it in a harsh way.
